​Before booking your ride, we encourage you to review Conrad’s cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. We understand that travel plans can change, which is why we offer a clear and flexible cancellation policy.  

Cancellations or modifications made at least 48 hours in advance are fully accepted with no penalty. This allows us to accommodate all passengers efficiently while respecting our drivers’ time and scheduling.

Whether you’re booking airport transportation, cruise transfers, or local rides, you can feel confident knowing your reservation can be adjusted with proper notice.


Cancellation Policy

​25% of booking cost if cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours before pick up

50% of booking cost if cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours before pick up

75% of booking cost if cancelled between 12 hours and 1 hour before pick up

Airport Transfers – payment for airport transfers is made in full when dropped off at the airport (or in advance in the office). If customer has provided incorrect information which leads to booking not being completed then no refund will be made and customers may have to pay again.
